Need Help

I've been searching for a while throughout Sirus and I have yet to find a turret stronger than than the Salamanca Turret (Class 9)

Specs

Hull damage 489

Sheild Damage 244

Range 700m

Projectile Speed 700m/s

Refire Rate 4.00

If someone could tell me when I can get my hands on a class 10 turret with better specs than that then please tell where the hell it is because I've searched, blown up, and became friends with just about every powerful faction in Sirus! Somebody please help this desperate freelancer!
