trading in the begining

OK all newbs come here and read this if u want money and pirate friends (theyre the best if anyone fires on u their there to help u) if ur neutral with liberty rogues folow a patrol that says theyre headed to buffalo, then when u get there buy the cardamine and sell it at manhattan for 1500 per container, i did this in a dagger and i am RICH. ( by the way the dagger is the best light fighter out there, 4 gun/misles and 1 turret, cruise disruptor and mine and countermesore)

How do you get neutral with rogues ? I guess yu pay the junkers, but by the time you get that kinda cash you're rich anyway. I'm askin cause I have wondered about starting out as a rougue but didn't feel good about attacking green guys ;-)

(I guess it's the wrong profession for me eh ? ;-)

Kill lots of Xenos to be friendly with rogues. Try around Detroit munitions or in Colorado. And don't do missions for the police or navy - your rep will go down with rogues if you successfully complete a mission for their enemies.

Thanks circ. Xenos have the best newbie weapons anyways. Could make for another Freelancer marathon this weekend ;-)

i do mostly before missions (for cops, if i wanna be a cop (mostly not)) to rochester base (i buy in the begin mostly weap of junkers (a very good weap, a class 2 junkers is better then the class 3 of rogues).

if i wanna be a crim/pirate, i do in the begin killing around planet manhattan, and if i can do missions for junkers i do missions, and get better with pirate/crim organisations

..uhm.. geen misschien

Best way by far is to destroy several of the cargo containers outside of Manhattan. Destroying four pods will get you neutral with all pirate factions in Liberty space.
