if you've played SP you'll notice this first time you visit the base of the lane hakkers when running away from Liberty

They made that Dromedary very hard to get. The SP story puts you at Mactan but you're level 9 when that occurs, you need to be level 10 to get it. You'll have to fly back to Mactan after you reach level 10 to purchase it. Also it's price is $62,000. If you know how much you'll need ahead of time you'll be ready. The first time I played I only had about $6,000 when I reached Mactan. The Drom remained a dream until after I finished the SP storyline.
