i was lv 30 when i got them but it was only 1 after like 30 namads

You cannot buy them (unless using a mod), you have to earn them by zapping Nomads ships by the two jump holes to the unknown systems (Omicron Gamma & Alpha). Rumor has it that you must be well above level 30+ for the Nomads to 'drop' them once you pulverise them.

level 35? after i beat the game it set me to level 32 and heres the weird part:

- My worth was over 1,000,000 and it said "To Next Level: 159848" or something like that. Also, right now after i did a few missions it says "To Next Level: Mission". what the heck is that?? mission?? i thought they were all over?

That is the amount of money you need to advance to the next level. The mission one means that you have to complete a mission from one of the bars.

Actually the "mission" one is a bug. You don't have to do a mission. Just buy a commodity and sell it straight back and it disappears.
