I believe you can get a bribe in Bruschal base.

you can bribe any criminal faction at junker bases if you are patient enough with bar sequences (so long as the intended criminal group has a patrol route into the base, although i could be wrong on this, it could be based on criminal presence in the system). all you have to do is go to another base screen and then click on the bar again, and you'll get new people. this is good stuff if you are into the setting, you can hear alot of cool stuff via rumor while you're there (give you hints to additional bases, wrecks, commodities that bases might be seeking, etc)

I still like shooting Red Hessians and Bounty Hunters better.... The Corsairs will like you in no-time and you can earn some loot in the same time.

I don't know.. I guess I just like doin it Sabre-style.
