How to get to Dublin to meet Juni ?

Hello there .. need some help urgently.
Wanna get to Dublin to continue mission when Juni asks for it .. But cannot get through the jumphole from Leeds to dublin ... help pls

Follow the purple waypoints.

The jumphole doesn't unlock until after you get Quintaine.

you should be able to pass, but u need to get quintane to do so.
