I see people in MP at level 89 and higher and I am wondering how you get so much money? Is it pirating, trading, fighting, what do you do and where?

Its only illegal if you get caught

I am level 59 on the Elite server. The new server patch raises the upper level. You just keep making money to level up. I fly high paying missions. I have around 31 million.
