In Liberty, Wrecks are better than trading, IMHO. R U still in storyline, or done?
After storyline, a good route is the New Berlin < > New Tokyo Diamond Run.

Make a run between Ft. Bush and Pittsburgh. pharmaceuticals to Pitt and Boron to Ft. Bush. You'll make over $4500 each round trip in a Rhino.

if you are talking about multiplayer, try manhatten to ainu in hokkaido with luxury consumer goods, then back with cardamine. At the start nobody in Kusari is hostile to you so it is a really easy trip once you run pass the independent systems between Kusari and Liberty.
