lane hackers

I went to mactan base to get the dromedary, i am neutral to them, i flew towards the base to dock, out pops an outcast and a liberty rouge, who start shooting at me, and so do the hackers.

where can i bribe the outcasts, lane hackers and rougues?

Just kill enough police/navy and bounty hunters to get them all neutral, buying a good rep does more harm than good later on with other factions

I did say kill just enough to get them neutral, bribing takes to many factions to far for you to easily fix later.
