Destroy them before they attack you or cloak... anyhoo it isn't possible all the systems leading there are Corsair controlled...or Outcast, I forget which.

I would get a bribe and buy your friendship with the corsairs on one of the Freeports.. When they're your friends they even help you attack Red Hessians and Outcasts in that area that might bother you.

I don't know.. I guess I just like doin it Sabre-style.

ya but the only place ive heard of is freeport 5 i think and freeport 9


freeport 9 is hard to get to without getting killed

I don't know what your flying now, but maybe you just need a better ship /or better shields... If you get your self a hammerhead in Rheinland with some good shields and weaponory, you should be able to reach one of those Freeports.
And like Unpro said: run...don't walk...
I've got to admit it took me some effort to, but when I traded my Stilleto in for the Hammerhead it made things a lot easier.

i did it mostly with a dragon...
just take this route:
- sigma-13, sector f5,f6
- sigma-17, sector e5,f6
- omicron theta, freeport 9, sector e4,e5

have fun with ur fly

Corsairs are no worry if you want to get to Omicron Alpha; that system is populated only by Outcasts, Bounty Hunters, and Nomads. You can even pick a nice, roundabout route to get you there- just go in the back way, through Tau-23 to Tau-37 to Omicron Alpha to Omicron Theta(which has the added bonus of skipping all that annoying radiation, and passing several nice wrecks). After you are in Omicron Theta, you can turbo/Engine kill to Freeport 9 without much trouble(a 4-pack of Titans may be camping the jumphole, but if you make a run for it immediately, you won't get beaten on).

Omicrons Gamma will be different a story; That has Corsairs in Titans. Check the rep hack list for a few good places to find Corsair and/or Outcast bribes.

I could get to Theta in a Starflier completely unescorted and hostile to the Corsairs, I don't see why you need to bribe them...
