coz Manhatten don't sell Lv 4 weapons (no Magma Hammer MKI but MKII)

I'm in the part of the game where I'm wanted by all of liberty so I can't dock there. Is there anywhere else that I can get them from?

After Mission 4 you don't go back to liberty for awhile, but they're available at any of the outlying Capital Planets, if I'm not mistaken, like Denver, LA, and Houston. I'm sure about Denver, but not so sure about the other two, but I've found that the Texas system can get a lot hotter than the other systems around the Jump Gates, so it's probably sold there, also.

I've tried there as well but they're run by Liberty police or navy Can I get them from anywhere out of Liberty, preferably from some of the small rebel factions? (Blood Dragons,Liberty Rebels,Lane Hackers etc.)

Baxter Research Station is the only base that sells the Vengeance Mk I outside of Liberty; it also has the Lavablade and the Magma Hammer BTW. Moreover, it is the only base selling these guns that is not controlled by the Liberty police or navy. The outlaws don't sell it because they have much better guns.

Why do you want this gun? Or, more precisely, what do you really want? A fast-firing class 4 gun with projectile speed 750?
