Storyline missions?

I got as far as the Nomad city and planting the artifact, now I am level 32 and still nothing else has happened, I have seen Nomad ships in some outer regions but still no stroy continuation, is that it, does it end at the nomad city like that? or can I expect further stroyline missions etc, and if so approx when?

welcome to freelancer. the game had ended a looooong time ago.

Ah, I take it from that slightly enigmatic reply that it does indeed end as far as the story goes once the artifact is placed then? OK nice one, thanks for the response.
(Of course if I read that wrong please do say!!)
