Like pinger says you cant get them but they are on the wrecks. It could easily be argued that since this is probably an oversight on the part of DA it wouldnt be cheating to mod the game so you could get them...
Some of the guys on the modding/editing forum have been sorting it out, you'll be able to pick up a bit of code there to move the launcher off the wing mounts so it is lootable.
@ Mr Trent : WTF. Fair enough if you had been around for a while. Even then you'd be a bit of a tosser. But all your posts just seem to be this crap. Are you trying to compensate for something else by having an 83 foot (when i was dumb enough to click on it) virtual monster?
