Firestalker missile launcher is buyable at planet crete and planet malta, if they have there also the paralizing missile launcher i don't know

I don't think I've seen the Paralyzer anywhere...

You cannot acquire the Paraliyzer Launcher without modding your game its not worth it though look at the price of those beasties!

The anti-shield missile before the paralyzer, i think it is the neutralizer missile, is buyable at malta and crete

but the best anti-shield is what i think the tizona del cid...
