Best place to buy stuff

I was just wondering... Where is the best place to buy expensive and good weapons, shields, missiles, etc? For example, i cant find Firestalker missiles, Lvl 10 shields, lvl 9 Guns, and lvl 10 Turrets. Where can i find a place or a general area where i can buy/loot all these things??

Lv 9 guns, lv 10 shields and the Firestalker can be found at Tripoli Shipyard, Omicron Gamma system. Also worth trying is any other base in the Omicron Systems or maybe in Tau-37, but Tripoli Shipyard was first to come to my mind concerning Firestalkers. It also sells Tizona Del Cids and a level 10 shield.
