The Omicron systems are accessible from the Tau-37 system, The Omega-41 system, and I think also the Sigma systems all have jumholes to an Omicron system.

There are four Omicron systems: Alpha and Beta are Outcast controlled, Theta is technically a Zoner system, but there are alot of Corsairs, and Gamma is Corsair controlled.

And Omicron Beta is different fromt he Singleplayer too, I think.

From NY heres a nice path (I'm using Omicron Alpha as an example). Take the NY->Texas JumpGate. Once you reach TX system find the TX->Bering JumpGate.
From Bering you go to the Bering->Hamburg Jump. In Hamburg you can take the Hamburg->New Berlin (N Gate. Here is where it starts to get tricky (Unless your neutral or friendly with Outcasts,Corsairs,Red Hessians,GMG,and Bounty Hunters. Find the Jump to Sigma-13 from NB. Sigma-13 also has alot of LVL 10 guns if you want to pick up some on your way. And Oh Yeah the field is heavily populated with Junkers since the have a base in the C3(i think) Sector. It's called Yanagi Depot. Anyway from Sigma-13 you can go to Sigma-19. If you see a ship called the Hoshu Maru in Sigma-19 destroy it and it's escorts (Don't worry, It's a Graveyard Ship, It's already been destroyed). I'm not sure if it's in Sigma-19 so don't go looking for it. Only go towards it if it shows up on your radar. The Hoshu Maru will be carrying Alien Organisms and some lower LVL turrets, but one of its escorts has two Skyblast B guns. If you want to use them they are LVL 9, fire at 8.33, 244 hull damage, 122 shield damage, they use 61 energy per shot and they are photon blasters. If you want to sell them they sell for about 36k each. So either way, your a winner. But Back to the map. So from Sigma-19 you can go to Omicron Beta (This may be where the Hoshu Maru is, I'm not quite sure). From Omicron Beta you can go directly to Omicron Alpha. Omicron Alpha has five LVL 10 guns to get. The cerberus is in Sector F4, the Guardian is in sector F4 also, along with the Nomad Energy Cannon*and Nomad Energy Blaster* the Prometheus is in the D6 sector.

*=The Nomad guns cannot be salvaged from graveyard ships, instead you have to shoot down the Nomad fighters, which are easy because they have almost no armor.
