There are about a gazilion posts on this, many very detailed, but heres the basics :

The hispania is the 5th sleeper ship to have made it to sirius system. However it was sabotaged en route. The corsairs bottled it and left the damaged ship early. However the outcasts stayed on tll the end - hence why these factions are to be found at opposite sides of the sector. I cant remember exactly where the wreck is, but it is in an outcast system (omicron alpha?). It is outrageously small, tho you can fly inside it (it makes quite a good place to hide if things get really sticky).

The wreck is stationed at Omicron Alpha, between Planet Malta and Planet Mallorca.

What is a "Fire-&-Forget" weapon?
- Once it's fired, you can forget the whole thing... it won't usable again...

Btw, dont shoot at the wreck when any Corsairs Titans are around. They dont like people shooting at their 'ancestor'!! And there isnt any thing gonna drop from it neither.
