You can find the Tizona Del Cid weapons at Tripoli Shipyard in Omicron Gamma. (A Corsair Base).

Tizona Del Cid's are sold:

Planet Crete in Omicron Gamma (Planet is about 1 grid S-SE of the sun)
Leon Base in Omega-41 (Baseis about 1 grid S-SW of the sun on an asteroid)
(The map I am refering to is the Nav Map (Shortcut key F6) Grid= 1 Square

You should be able to buy the Tizona Del Cid at the same places (Corsairs) where the Titan is sold, so there may be other places--I only can confirm the two above.

Conditions allowing for the purchase of Tizona Del Cid:
*You have to have a craft that allows you to install a Level 9 Gun.
*You need to be on friendly enough terms with the Corsairs to buy it.
(You will be told when you try to buy it whether or not this is an issue)
*Tizona Del Cid costs $120,420.00 credits each.

The Titan may fly like a brick--but this is subject to your own opinion.
If you like the Titan, fly it. I happen to like it better than the Sabre or Eagle.

Tizona del Cids are not sold at Planet Crete. THey are sold at Tripoli Shipyard. Tripoli is in the center of square 6D in Omicron Gamma.
