Equipment Guide v3 beta, link inside
Version 3 beta of the now called "Equipment Guide" is now available for download.

I've kicked out the "shopping", because it now no longer contains information on
buyable stuff only.
The "Bribes" section of the guide is incomplete. That´s where you come in. I need help in decoding the file "offerbriberesources.dll", so I can complete the missing data.
In addition, the values for ship maneuverabilities are to be taken with a grain of salt. For correct calcculation, one has to add the mass of the ships, which I didn´t because I couldn´t come up with a formula that would fit all ships. I could use a hand with this, too.
If you have any suggestions to my problems or ideas for future version, please post them here.
Since this guide, despite of being perfect still answers a lot of question, please make it sticky.
