If i remember correctly, that thing is only 20" overall length, so its pretty small, definately not impossible to use

i wanted something much bigger

FYI

Wakizashi is mainly for ritual suicide... It is not a popular weapon cause not many samurai use 2 swords at one time, unless you are trained in that way or wanted to use both (for desparate situation .. or just he wanted some slight advantage on fighting). Basicaly its for suicide. Oh and Nintou (sword for ninja) and Wakizashi is TOTALY different in terms of use and looks. Enjoy
