Prudhoe wreck in Texas sector 3d?

Any hints where and how to find the Prudhoe in the Texas system? Your hint page says it's in sector 3D. There's a radioctive area around the cross where sectors 2B, 2D, 3B, and 3D meet and everytime I've seen a wreck it's in a radioactive area, but I've search the area (and kept my HUD set on 'all') but still no luck. Any ideas? Thanks.
