savegames formats

i been trying to figure out the file format for about weeks on and off and i found out the header and that's it yes, i know i am slow but it hard finding out whats what if some one could help me in finding out what's is what ex: the name are stored at [hex address

so if you have any thoughts or any areas that you have firgured out (or a complete solution) that would be nice
i haven't tested any other programs for edit freelancer files on the save games so they might be handy
but i do know that you can take single games and put into muilt and vice-versa

i tried to change the name in a MP savegame, yet i found out that this is quite a lot of work.

i made a 2 new characters, the only difference was 1 different letter. then i compared those 2.
and "o" was coded as "b6 85" and when i increased the value by one to "b6 86" it returned a "n" (and not a "p" as i thought). its counting backwards.
an "0" (zero) is coded as "b3 d3" btw.

cant remember the exact hex address anymore, sorry.
