Please help i''am a bit confused

I have finished the SP game and up to level 35 and have about $650.000 I have been trying to find these places below for days i have looked every where so i can update my ship.

Cudiz Base
Freeport 9
Planet Malta
Vogtland
Leon Base
Planet Crete

Could some one please tell my what i need to do to find these places.

Check the stickys on the top of this forum, the REP-HACK-LIST has alot of locations, or try the clickable map...

Check this website, go to commodities and select a product , all bases and systems shouw up (there are easier and faster ways to find the base though , check this forum)

I have checked through the sticky's and found where they are but when i go there
i can't find them.
Do i need to be friendly with any particular group for them to be seen?

Try downloading the Freelancer roadmap.

It's the best things around.
