UK Version - Escape from New York mission - BUG?

Been to Benford station, launched to help defend it (I know it gets blown anyway - got the strat guide).

5 Navy fighters are sitting there, WHITE - i.e.neutral!

5 more arrive with the three cruisers, also neutral!

Juni kills the five new fighters and ignores the rest - who just sit there!

Nobody answers my hails, I can't dock with the friendly base again,

If I fly to the jump gate - I lose -"You left the mission area"

If I help Juni or fire on any of the "neutral" fighters/cruisers - I lose - "You fired on a neutral vessel"...

So, what do I do now?

I even tried to destroy the FRIENDLY base, but can't manage to do the last few mills of energy bar.

HELP HELP HELP

All I can think of is to ask if you're using any mods?

Reaper: $200,000,000.

I had this problem too, and I had the american version. What I did was get out of the game, restart my computer and then restart the game. That fixed it for me.

No mods - pure and virginal is my install!

I'll try the reboot.

it could be sound related problem..

read the readme file that come with the game..

my first game play was actually without any voice.. sometimes you hear juni say something, most of the time, nothing..no voice

..and I just wonder, where do I buy one of those?...
