(U can get it if u kill 3 defenders on your 3rd mission (entering california sys). As you enter the system u can see them kill a Rhino ship with some missiles. They are pretty hard to kill for a lvl 3 player)

Great list!
You can get the firestalkers at either Tripoli Shipyard or Planet Crete from memory.
I don't think you can buy or get the Paralyzer missle launcher. When you pick up the missles, just sell them for big bucks.
