Black Hole?

In the background of Omicron Alpha, you can see blue gases spiraling down a hole. To me, that seems like a black hole, but maybe it's just a background picture and not an actual moving black hole? I never flew towards because it was too far away. You can get a good look at it if you look towards the Tau-37 jumphole from The Hispania or Malta. Can anyone else confirm this?

That is not a black hole; it's a planetary nebula in the background. There is no way to reach it.
