Ok I got it. The savegame is no longer in Manhattan but in Westpoint Academy which isn't too far from there.

I remembered that I had a Morrowind group page from my days in Morrowind and that I could post online. Well I finally put it to use and you can now just conveniently download it from there. Please remember the installation instructions include putting the file in your savegame directory which I hope you know where it is. If you don't just ask.

2 things. First, when I click on the file, it says access forbidden. Second, where is the saved games folder?

Yep, I'm getting the same.

I get this from IE:

'Internet Explorer cannot download Freelancer Savegame.ZIP from groups.msn.com

Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.'

Ok the download does work on the left of the page you'll see a join. Click on it and join the group then download and youre good to go

Didn't think you needed to join it though. But wouldn't hurt. While you're there why don't you check out one of my submitted plugins for Morrowind on rpgplanet.com/morrowind. Screenshots show my Devion's Revenge spell which I never added on the group page. Actually haven't updated it since the day I started it

Yeah yeah I know I'm a loser but the GD game is just WAAAY too hard for me & I want to at least have some fun with it before I throw it in the corner, so I need some cheats of some kind. Otherwise it's just going into the corner anyway without me having had any fun. Boring flight - meet enemies - die - load savegame - same again isn't my idea of fun.
