What''s the purpose of continuing SP after missions ?

If you are stuck in a mission and do not know how to continue, this is the place to ask for help. Missing that elusive Level 10 Shield? Don''t know where to find the lost Ohtori ship? This is the only place where spoilers are allowed!

What''s the purpose of continuing SP after missions ?

Allright, I was curious to see the bests ships (eagle, sabre, titan) and some class 10 guns. So I did a bit of trading for a day to acquire just over 2.5 millions $. Well, bought some stuff. But what's the purpose of pursuing the game really ? I loooooooooved the game, the SP game was way too short and easy though, but loved it. Since I don't have high-speed internet connection, I think I'll put it on the shelf.

Am pretty much in same boat, some day our area may make the giant leap from 28.8 (on a good day). I still play from time to time, set a personal goal or 2. I don't personally get into modding, but if your into it, looks like some real nice ones out there to try that support sp version.

Luck to ya

true it is way too short and too repetitive after you've got all the top weapons, there should be more interesting battles going on or mini-campaigns to download

Dude, where's my Super Star Destroyer?

I've spent the better part of 62 hours on this game so far. 30 of that was spent playing the missions at a leisurely pace and the rest has been spent exploring the galaxy. I've been loving every minute of it but now that I'm nearly done exploring I think I can see the end of the ride. I've found all the big ships and my Titan rips apart anything that gets in the way.

I might experiment with altering my reputation to actually land on some of the planets and bases that are enemy territory but other than choosing to role play a bit more there's not a whole lot left to do or see.

All in all though any game I spend 62 hours on is one heck of a great game. All good things must come to an end some time. I might try multiplayer but the prospect of starting all over and dealing with PKers just doesn't thrill me.

Oon-tee-dee!

You play for the sake of playing.

When I hit a few million and had my Sabre and all that jazz, I started a new character and went Outcast only. He hasn't ventured past Kepler and Cortez and Texas in multiplayer yet. And I'm having a blast, I recruited 3 other people for it no less. All fly Daggers, pirating, causing trouble, and griefing people.

Tons of fun.
