I guess you have noticed this, if not a word of caution: when you go anywhere and you are in range of a hostile faction, they will alert all their allied factions in the vicinity to attack you as well regardless of your reputation with them. So try to sneak in when no IC ships are around, if need be avoid trade lanes.

Go back to the thread submenu (push the "back" button) and look at the very top. Choose 'Rep-hack list'.

Yes thanks for the spelling correction and the IC ally list. And if you read the original post, you'll see that I did use that list (my fondest thanks to the creator), however IC is not mentioned there - as I mentioned also.

I know you asked for a place to bribe them, but I find that the
best way to re-align reputation is simply to help a faction's
friends and/or destroy their enemies. Unfortunately, the list
that shows up in-game is not quite accurate, so here's some
more accurate info straight from empathy.ini.

For Interspace Commerce, helping any of the House Police or
House Militaries will help you improve your reputation. You can
also try doing missions for any Liberty Corporations, except for
Spa and Cruise (IC doesn't seem to care one way or the other for
Spa and Cruise).

If you prefer destruction, destroying any criminal factions with
the exception of the Gaians and the Bundschuh will curry favour
with Interspace.

For Bretonian Police, helping out the Bretonian Armed Forces,
any corporations (except Ageira, Synth Foods, ALG, Daumann
and Kruger), and the Bounty Hunters' Guild will do wonders for
your rep.

For the more destructive path, killing Mollies, Gaians, Outcasts
Corsairs, Junkers, and Hackers will improve your reputation.

If you really still prefer to bribe, you should start looking at bases
of the factions mentioned in the less destructive path.
