Faction Relationships

Is there a program, database, spreadsheet, whatever that will help me map the relationships between the factions.....??

This has been posted not too long ago. The admin should make that thread sticky.

There's also a post here with the empathy.ini in spreadsheet format. That tells you how doing something to one faction will affect others.
