Where is the paralyser missile laucher ?

I have read all the post about it and it seems that it does not exist ...

Yup, previous posts suggest that while you can find the missiles, the launcher only exists in mythology. Probably a mod out there has them. But not in normal sp/mp.

Shearch in ancient shipwreck and you will found some paralizer misiles ammo but i shearch too for the misile laucher if someone can help us...
