I'm in the process of loan approval with the outcast to purchase a sabre. I have already aquired some heavy duty level 10 weapons. So now I'm looking for a place to blast some battleship off the space. Any place/mission I can do that? (in other word, I haven't found any..)

Not unless you're in the singleplayer storyline or in a modded version of the game... sorry....

In some random missions like in Liberty space you get to destroy outcast bases. They are best shot to dust with torps!
