There is another planet in that system populated by Apes. Further there is a second star way off the map. But there is nothing to find so don't even bother to travel the long distance to it.

Hmmmm

Those 2 planets are barren....Short of people with baboon heads and robots that seem to remember your name even if you've never been there....

Stores are empty...Wonder if you could put stuff in there...since you have to get thru the Nomads to get there...and unless you are high enough level...they will spank you....Not to mention just getting there is tough in the first place...

Anyone thought of adding stuff to them, or is it not worth it?

I took the liberty(no pun intended) of sellin them all the weapons that i have no use for(when I got there i was unloading for 10 minutes...)I found another thread about this b4 I started this thread that talked about this.(How do they know you though...)I think this system was put there JUST TO HAVE SOMETHING NEW TO SEE(easter egg bonus system)but on that note...something is DEFINITELY there. And theres another one of those jump holes in Omicron Beta or Alpha Thanx for replying guys:0

I went there as well and sold some weapons, when I came back nothing was there....(thats for the robot planet), After that I whent to the Planet of the apes, and found out that you can repair stuff, there but you cant buy anything and can't get any jobs....(same for robot planet). And about that other jumphole in the same sector.... I doon't have a clue.... I saw somebodey else talk about it in another forum, but I think it's bull****, but if anybodey knows something please tell me!

What a waist of time, why did they put those 2 systems there? I have no clue. Easter Eggs as we call them are suppose to give you something. These ones give you nothing. They will repair your ship on ape planet but thats it.

Things I have noticed about the 2 planets is the nomads attack them? Why no clue. I have flown all the way to the sun in upper right hand corner which is 160k from these planets. It gives you warning of entering suns corona but no damage. Then you bang into what I guess is the sun and bounce off. The next thing I will have to try is useing Sunslayer torpedo on it to see if it blows up!! But I doubt that would do anything, since it has no life reading, for it! I just think they didn't have time to finish these 2 systems , Microsoft probably told Anvil to get it out asap, and not to bother with any surprises, since money is first with Microsoft, value is a far second.

Since I have no any enemies I can fly everywhere in the systems and hunt to my hearts content, I have yet to find anything of any value in the way of gameplay beyond what everyone has found so far, which is not very much.

Anvil did a good job on graphics engine and basic game design, but they really need to work on substance.

Lets have a race to see if anyone finds something REAAAALLLLL cool in that system firstIf we dont... we petition DA and ask them if we get a rebate or something for the time spent trying to get there and pissing off our significant otherz(a Victorias Secret gift card would be nice)

Knowing microsoft, i think there could be 4 addons,... non of em free of couse,...

Both of these systems have been pretty much combed over. I have even gone a long, long, long, long way up the tunnel past the sun. Might be interesting if they throw a mod our way. The system in Outcast space takes a bit as most of it is in a rad zone, at least the system with primus will not eat your hull away as you try to explore.

How nice you guys get to go through the unknown jumpgate. I still love my dromedary, and I don't have enough money to purchase a Saber (Outcast loan not yet approved..)

Maybe I should find some other secrets, and take screen shots of my nav maps. There are many things out there not yet covered here..

The system itself is the easter egg. Try searching for "Monkey Vs. Robot" on the internet and you might get a better idea of why DA put the sytem in the game.
