Blackhole!.....where?!
If you are stuck in a mission and do not know how to continue, this is the place to ask for help. Missing that elusive Level 10 Shield? Don''t know where to find the lost Ohtori ship? This is the only place where spoilers are allowed!

I heard someone saying there is a black hole in the game. only thing I seen besides a star is an Neutron star,Where is this blackhole, just tell me name of system and I'll do the rest. LOL
There is something that looks just like a Black Hole in Frankfort I think.
It is behind the planet in the middle of the system. Easy to see off to the side when in a trade route heading to the planet.
I flew back there only to find more and more frickin' Red Hessians... I had no idea where they were coming from. But then I found it... and Jump hole to Dresden behind the black hole.
But the hole did nothing to me... but it had no depth so it kinda looked like the rings of a planet with planet.
But at first, looked a lot like a black hole. Maybe this is what everyone is talking about.

Yeah, the jumphole to Dresden in Frankfurt has a ring around it like a planetary ring... which makes finding it a lot easier, because otherwise it'd be just sitting out there in open space. But, that doesn't look like a black hole to me...
The "thing" in Omega-3 is easily overlooked because it's in an ice field that obscures your vision. It's in the middle of a clear area inside the field; and I've seen this hole-in-the-clouds effect in other places, but the weird object that is in the center of it is unique... at least I've never seen it anywhere else. You get radiation at point blank range to this anomaly (as I like to call it), and it isn't a selectable object, so I don't think it's an alternate form of jumphole. If you look at the Graham Ice Field on the map with the mineable area highlight turned on, you'll see a round area that's darker than the rest of the cloud, indicating the mining there isn't as good; but it's an easy way to scope-in on this open area so you don't get lost in the fog.

There is an object for a black hole in the game. The modders have found it and placed it into a system. This anomaly can, indeed, be seen in the Nomad homeworld at the very end of the single player campaign.

well.. from physical point of view black hole is an object with infinite mass and density [BTW neutron stars are stars with huge density (and because of their density - mass). piece of neutron star as big as pinhead is as heavy as biiiig house. if you try to draw a black hole in 3d cartesian plane from isometrical view it would look like golf hole or sort of cone. aight.. let's make it simple - it sucks everything what falls in its range (below event horizon) black holes are black cause they can "imprison" even light. what does it mean? it means that escape speed from black hole is far greater than speed of light. you can calculate energy needed to accelerate your ship to the speed of light. yes yes the famous e=mc2 (not x2, it's square of course). as you can see even with minimal mass, energy needed to escape from black hole's arms is enormous. . black holes born from stars which don't have enough energy to explode as supernovas and they simply collapse.
i suppose creating "real" black holes in Freelancer world would be overwhelming task. it's just not possible but i'd give everything to see one in action (in Freelancer of course )
and one more thing. don't play on polish servers (yeah... i know, they don't exist but...) you will commit suicide or two ))
peace
polish angel of destruction and ****
(...) what? worlds are dissapearing? ummm... yes, it could be my fault (...)
