No lvl10 weapons for sale, I prefere the salmanaca?sp lvl 9 the corsairs use. Mostly for the pure fact that the projectile speed matches my lvl10 weaponry. Dragoons and the bounty hunters lasers travel faster than the other lvl 10 weaponry. If not using lvl 10 weapons I would go with whatever lvl9 weapon works best against the shields of my main enemy.

"Best" depends on how you define it. The Salamanca Mk II are high efficiency, and go well with c10 guns because the projectile speeds match, keeping the targetting system accurate. The Tizona del Cid are the best c9 pulse gun, but I find them to be a waste in SP. The Kraken 2 has good efficiency, and the highest damage output of the c9 guns. The Wyrm II has average efficiency, but does good damage. The Skyblast B, also average efficiency, good damage, and darn fun to hose things down with. But the Bounty Hunter c9 weapons have poor efficiency and poor damage compared to the rest, only go with them if you can't get the others.

You just cant miss, few ships can dodge fast enough, and they dont use too much juice so you can keep on hosing.

I sold all my lvl 10s, I FAR kill more with my trusty SkyBlast Bs
But then again, I might just be crap.

The Kraken 2, also an Outcast c9 gun, is superior to the Wyrm II in damage output and efficiency, but still has the same range and projectile speed. How is the Wyrm II better "by the numbers"?

Where do you get the Tizona del Cids? I just started a PvP character and a set of those wouldn't hurt too much
