you cant buy nomads, you need to go find nomad ships in the unknowen sector and kill them. If you are at least lvl 34 (i think thats the lvl) the nomads will drop their weapons after you kill them. Use your tractor to pick them up.

There are 2 types of nomads

Blasters 635-hull 317-shield rate-4.00
Cannons 847-hull 423-shields rate-3.03

In any case, you cannot buy nomad weapons, you can only salvage them from nomad ships. If you sell the ones you salvage you will get approximately 4k credits per weapons. That's not a typo. 4k. Damage: Blaster does approximately 650 hull and 300 shield, refire of 4.00 The cannon does approximately 850 hull and 400 shield but has a refire of 2.00. Hope that helps. 800 damage per shot = 2400 or 3200 damage per second. All of which takes ZERO energy from what I hear. No, thats not a 4000 credit weapon.

that was not a typo. youll get about 4k for nomad weaps. nomad weaps, even cannons, are not as powerful as some other lvl 10s out there but theyre sweet cuz they use 0 energy. yes, ZERO energy. if someone was selling them for more than 8k then they were trying to scam. which seems dumb since anyone capable of using them would go and get their own.

This cheapo pricing helps when you get your ass almost kicked, as they're dirtcheap to repair compared to the 20k repair costs of other c10 weapons.
