Cloaking Device?

As im sure everyone remembers the annoying cloaking ships encountered in the campiane.
Is it possibly to obtain and use a cloaking device in the game, or is it in a mod?

Nope it's only available to NPC's and only in the SP storyline.... Do I hear an echo?? Was that Deja Vu?

IT happens in-game as well (mission 7 comes to mind, right before Kress' men show up), but all of them are scripted events, so not like the Dragons from WC4 and the Shrouds/Basilisks form Starlancer...

Thats too bad, i figured microsoft did want that included for multiplayer reasons.
I wonder if it could be implemented in a mod or patch.

Um, Microsoft didn't make it. They just boxed it and sold it.
