You should remove those capital letters....it considers shouting and rude by some peeps....

Get better shields. There are several threads on the problem. The Key is to attack the generators on the side of the arch opposite the gun boat. You can go right up to them and stop your ship nose on and survive. You will need to do straffing runs against the one on the gunboats side. Though I have not tried you may be able to take out the Gunboat with Torpedos though you will need to have a Heavy fighter to carry the launcher. I have beaten this mission twice with the hawk. I am not know for my reflexes. Get the level 6 shields for the hawk they make a big difference. Be sure to get the best shield type against the Kusari ships best is possitron worst is moleculer. You can get lvl 6 Graviton on Kyoto. Get a full load of batteries and bots.

obviously ure flying an inferior ship for that mission, unless you are helluva damn good (which you dont seem to be) its best that you get a dragon, best shield, best weapons, (skip missles) and torpedoes (most important) and you should find that mission MUCH easier

I remember that lvl5 shields are available in magellan and in dublin. Better guns are almost everywhere. Go to dublin, there is a good fighter available in dublin, too.
Dublin is accessable from London.

If you don't have the money to buy the stuff try to trade diamonds/engine components between leeds and cambridge. Cambridge is acessable from london, too. You should already know about leeds. To make alot of money buy a freighter as soon if you have enough money on cambridge or on leeds. If you want to trade alot, go to mactan/magellan and buy a dromedary. It's not far from you.
