Where is Buffalo Base? I know its in NY, I cant find where

i dont know exact coordinates off by heart but how i found it is put your map up and then click on display patrol routes... go into the badlands and on your map you should see multiple routes going to something that isnt shown on your map... click on it as a waypoint and go to... when you get close to it it will show buffalo base on your map... its closer to the texas jump gate in the badlands. hope it helps
