I will make this first part short and sweet. To get the Titan, you have to be level 32. To get to Omicron Gamma, go to Cambridge; go to sector F6. Once you have reached sector F6, look at your Nav Map. You will be traveling by Jump Holes now. you should see a jump hole icon somewhere in sector F6; take it. You are now in Omega 5. Proceed to sector D6 and check your Nav Map again. Take that Jump Hole. Now there is one more system to go. Welcome to Omega 41 no sand, no sun, no fun. Go to sector E5 and take the jump hole that appears on your Nav Map. Welcome to Omicron Gamma. Population: Short-Tempered.

Just be careful. Those systems are chock full of Hessians and Corsairs in very tough ships. If you are under-equipped they'll probably rip you apart. I tried to explore there once when I was low level and got totally shredded in like 5 seconds. It sucked.
