How do you get thru the mine fields ?!

Well, lets take an example:

Honshu, the field near the Kansai Research Station...
I've heard the rumors that there is a broken ship somewhere to the east
of that station. Guess what? There are mines there all around blowing my ship apart...

So, how to get IN and safely OUT of the mine field?

get urself a c10 shield and fly slow
ps:there is a trade lane towards the station

Good shields are nice. I usually just go to mouse control and "bob and weave" through the mine fields. I get bored easily so I fly at full speed.
