GC base?

GC base?

Anyone know where I can find a GC base? I'm just barely neutral to them, and I want to try and get to at least neutrality with all factions. One slip-up and I go hostile to them again. I need a GC base to hack my rep. Anyone know of one?

I know of one because there's a single one only.
