If I wanted to change the time-for-cruise of a particular kind of ship, what file would I modify, and what tools would I need?

go to engine equip ini and search for the ship you have i hve a liberty defender so i just change the charge time of the cruise engines and so be it

FYI, that little light on the top of your keyboard means the Caps Lock is on.
