but I can tell u, u can always find a group of guys who run every "freeport"
ye, zoners.so wherever u c a freeport u know there must has a zoner hacker in it.
segma 17 has a research station which belongs to cryers , there is a zoner hacker in there, and cryers will help u make friends with zoners if u wanna c that zoner hacker more often.
and do out and in the bar to "refresh" the hacker there, u just need time and luck

You can bribe them at freeport 9 but it'll be tough to get there if you're weak and not friends with Corsairs. You can also bribe hessians at Planet Hamburg. If you don't find them, just keep visiting the bar until you do.

er..why not go with corsair and outcast?
they have all good equip u need and
if u wanna fight with nomad u'd better be friend of outcasts
somehow when u have c10 shield u will fear no one except who drive
titan or sabre as u do( ye, corsair and outcast) with c9 gun and keep
firing on u -_-b
so my suggestion is kick red hessian away and join outcast brothers^^

ok now for my stupid question how can the coarsairs and the outcasts to like me enough to let me dock.... When i tried to dock it said Negative Station is Hostile

I did it the horribly long way, flew to the Hessian base in Rhineland and was Hostile so i shot up about a million police ships in rhineland and when i was neutral i bribed them, i dont need to be on good terms with the police anyway.

the way i bribed the hessians in my game was slightly weird, i was totally red with them, super hostile but i managed to dock at their base in the suttgart system ?!?!

the other place to look for ppl to bribe would be in sigma 13 in the yanagi depot, just refresh the area

well i want to buy the stilleto so i must befriend them too
