could anyone tell me where the Cortez system is???

could anyone tell me where the Cortez system is???

I haven't had that much time to explore while in Bretonia, so i'm not sure if in fact there is a jump to Cortez out of Bretonia and if there is where it is.

So doesn anyone know???
