I've killed about 30 Nomad ships in the Unknown system off Omicron Alpha, in the Unknown system off Omicron Gamma, and in the wreck fields around the jump holes to those systems, and they haven't dropped a single weapon.

Does anyone know if there's a level requirement for the drops (I was level 30 at the time) or if perhaps you have to shoot them with a specific weapon type? Or missiles?
