after sabre/eagle/titan with l10...

what else is there to do? the only systems i have not explored are the outcast ones, and i am not really inspired to make it there...

i have the sabre (and had a titan and then an eagle), have beaten others to the blue blazes, guardians, etc., am outfitted with 4 nomad cannon, 2 gmg l9 (forget the name), and the l9 corsair turret (salimonica?)... the ai is no longer a challenge and i don't really like shooting my friends.

tried starting over, but now i despise the bottom rung stuff and really have not figured out what the point is... at the top end, only players who are in top end rigs survive contact, and at the bottom, i don't.

some of you folks have been at this for a while, what am i missing?

your not missing anything...unfortuneatly...i took have eagle 4 nomad..and l9 salamancia..i wish there were more UNIQUE items..like in diablo...stuff that has variable stats..or at least randomly generated stats on gun..that would be cool..i mean i played diablo 2 for 1yr beat if after 4days...but kept playing to find cool stuff..to sell to other people..or trade for better stuff..something like that.so far the only fun right now is helping 2 of my friends who just started..this game rocks..but is short lived..and i've had it 2weeks before U.S. release.

Yes, but in Diablo 2, there was no way to read 'spoilers' and walkthroughs to get an item, they were all randomly generated.

Those of you who spoiled the game by reading stuff here to know where everything was and all the best trade routes...well, that's it. End of the game for you....

Unless they make an addon.

I think there are a lot more unique items. I have found two WILD FIRE guns in a wrecked Hammerhead. These cannons are amazing, Lvl. 10 with a hull/shield damage of 1075/537 but with an energy usage of 220 and of course a refire rate of 2.00. But with two nomad weapons there is no problem with the energy in a Sabre.

About the most entertaining thing I've found after Lvl 10 ship, shields 4 nomad guns and two Kraken lvl 9s is to just blow up a lot of GMG's as they try and do trade.
If that doesn't amuse you, lvl 43 or something Missions are actually somewhat challenging still. As we all know the fun is in the challenge.
