How am I supposed to get to Omicron Alpha?

It seems that in order to buy a sabre I must go through hours of trying to make it to the next system. Is there a certain faction I have to be alligned to for me to no be shot within 5 seconds of warping to a new system? Or should I just continue battling thousands of cruise disruptors that every hostile seems to have infinte ammo of.
And once I get there, how will I be able to dock at planet malta if the outcasts run it? Is there a port or something there that I can buy a good rep with them?

after a few freighter runs with cargo, i had enough to bribe some of the other pirates, and then saved up some more to bribe the Outcasts...

I have about 1.2 million credits total, but haven't had the chance to bribe anyone. which station do I go to?

I personally bought a hammerhead and killed a ton of GMG ships until the outcasts liked me. Of course then GMG hated me, and as a rant I posted in another thread says, once you make 1 non-criminal faction hate you, more will hate you quickly regardless of ally/enemy status. If a ship from a non-criminal faction that is hostile to you shows up in an area with other ships around, all non-criminal ships/docks/tradelanes in the area will immediately go hostile, even if they're friendly any other time.

Go to sector C3 (lower right) in the Dresden system (near New Berlin).
There you find the Vogtland base with the Sabre.
Make sure he Hessians like you.
