Posting images

How the hell do you upload pictures here? I've read whole FAQ for two times and it is of no use. I've tried YABB-usual [img, but missing bracket problem (or limit?) won't allow me. I don't want to attach a file, just show a picture from my site.

replace the ( with [ because the left facing bracket don't show up in the forms.

(img=link_to_my_image), where "link_to_my_image" is a link to an image.
meaning (img=copy and paste the url in here)

example so it looks like this. (img=http://www.lancersreactor.com/images/bp15.jpg)
