please tell me that i can use my sidewinder j-stick for this game...!@#$%^&
and if not ...WHY WHY WHY NOT.......THE MOUSE SUX AND HURTS MY HAND, ELBOW ,WRIST ETC

is there a patch fix for this?

Having said that, welcome! I suggest you get a gel-wristpad. It helps. I hope you can get yourself used to using mouse.
